Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gemmastersllc.com, operated by Gem Masters LLC (“Gem Masters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the site.

Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or checking out, and to keep your account credentials confidential.

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.

Products, Pricing & Availability

Every gemstone we list is a unique, natural item — weights, dimensions, and colour may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting and screen calibration. Once a one-of-a-kind stone sells, it's removed from the site and can't be reordered.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed, at our discretion.

Prices are listed in USD and don't include duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order and process payment.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

Offers submitted through “Make an offer” are non-binding until we confirm acceptance in writing.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free, fully insured worldwide shipping on every order. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and risk of loss passes to the carrier's insurance, not to you, until delivery is confirmed.

You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for any customs delays or import duties in your destination country.

Returns & Refunds

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the stone is returned in its original condition with its certification intact. See our Care Guide and Returns pages for full instructions.

Custom, commissioned, or altered items, and items returned outside the 30-day window or without original documentation, may not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, photography, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Gem Masters or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, interfere with other users' access, upload harmful code, or use automated means to scrape or extract data from the site without our consent.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gem Masters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
